Here you will find the most important information about how your new clothes will reach you and what to do if you decide to return them.
1. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
We deliver to any point in Bulgaria with courier companies [Courier name - Speedy/Econt] .

Delivery time: Usually 1 to 3 business days.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over 109 EUR .

Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery: You pay in cash or by card to the courier upon receipt.
All shipments are sent with a "View and Test" option - inspect the garment before paying for it!
2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If the size you ordered doesn't fit you or you simply change your mind, no problem! You can return the product within 14 days .
Return conditions:
- The garment must not have been worn, washed, or ironed.
- All labels and original packaging must be preserved.
- You must attach the receipt/invoice you received with the shipment.
How to return a product?
- Contact us at: shop@unspokn.art . Send the item to us via courier (shipping costs are at the customer's expense).
- After we inspect the goods, we will refund your amount via bank transfer within 14 days.
